On beautifully situated, soutern plot with a slight slope Investor decided to build a home for his family (parents +3 kids). High energy standards, functionality  strenghtening family bonds, use of plot values was our leading objective. Plan of house consists of big common space (living room and open kitchen) with an extended glazing towars adjacent terrace and a view on beskidy moutains. Apart from common areas there are four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet, laundry/storage room, wardrobe, technical room and two-station car canopy. Southern roof area is available as a second terrace over an apple orchard. Architecture is simple, modern, refined. Cladded with elegant stone finishings together with beige plaster. Surfaces are perforated to let shadows play on walls and underline solid divisions. Final effect is charming, isn't it?
